Volunteer Form Information for Parents:

Many parents have turned in the Volunteer Information form that was in your students first day packet, thank you!  It's much better to have this process taken care of now, before a field trip sneaks up on you!

Cooper parents please read this important information:

1. You need to be fingerprinted if you want to volunteer.

2. Complete the volunteer form from the office and have it signed by an administrator (this has already happened for 50 new volunteers). Miss Bobbi sends them to the District Office where they await you to be fingerprinted.

3. To be fingerprinted: Once you have returned the form to the office, please allow 3 business days  to pass and then go to the Educational Services Center (our District Office) at 401 Nut Tree Road to be fingerprinted for free.

5. Some parents bring the form into the Cooper office to have it signed by an administrator and then take it with them to the District Office: that's ok too.

6. Once the fingerprints have cleared, the District Office will return the forms to Cooper and your name will be added to the list that all teachers have access to.  Please check with your teacher to find out if you are cleared or not to volunteer.
