LUNCH MONEY

My School Bucks is the way to pay online for your student's lunch. You can also pay the cafeteria manager in person. Please note: If you are going to pay using my School Bucks, you need to allow 24 hours for the system to apply it to the account. Your student's account will follow them to each progressive school they attend in Vacaville Unified. For example, Cooper to Vaca Pena to Will C Wood. Also, My School Bucks will notify when your account balance is below $10.00. It's a great system! Call the office at 453-6210 to get your student's permanent id. number, you will need it to sign up for our school lunch program's automatic payment system: Click for MySchoolBucks

Cooper parents please read this important information:

1. Volunteer forms are valid all the years your child is at Cooper: If you want to volunteer, you only need to complete one form and that one will remain on file for the duration that your child is enrolled at Cooper.  Only one form per volunteer, just write all of your Cooper Elementary student's names on the form.

2. You need to be fingerprinted if: You will be working one-on-one with a student, or you are not related to a student here, or you will be providing transportation, or you will be attending a field trip.

3. To be fingerprinted: Once you have returned the form to the office, please allow a week to pass and then go to the Educational Services Center (our District Office) at 401 Nut Tree Road to be fingerprinted for free.

4. Call Miss Bobbi @ 453-6210 ext. 100 or email her at bobbif@vacavilleusd.org to find out if your form is on file or to ask any other volunteer form questions you may have.

HAVE YOU MOVED SINCE JUNE?

If you have changed your residence since June 2016, you must send or bring in a current proof of residence with your new address to the office.  We will make a copy of your mortgage or rental document, or your utility bill and place it in your student's file.  Again, we require one proof of your current address on file at all times.  Thank you!
